Mr. John Burley is a development economist with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked in ministries and various UN agencies. He joined the 'United Nations Conference on Trade and Development' (UNCTAD) in 1987 and was promoted to the post of Director of 'Division for Services Infrastructure for Development and Trade Efficiency' (SITE)
